I know i'm been a total slacker lately.... I blame it on getting engaged!!
My mind has been elsewhere but here are the last three Fork This episodes.
Episode 79
Episode 80
Episode 81
After this week i am on holidays. I will be setting so new years goals, cleaning up my craft room and getting myself motivated to post frequently again.
This week we went to Pete's Bargain Center for a little adventure.
It's this crazy (huge) warehouse full of the most random things. You never know what your going to find when you go there. Pete's Bargain Center is one of our favourite places to go.
I've been a bit absent lately and have just realised that I haven't post the last three episodes of Fork This (Or anything else really).
Fork This 73 - Kaia And The Fete
BJ, Kaia and I head to a school fete for some adventures. Lot's of sugar, rides AND a DeLorean.
Fork This 74 - Attack Of The Brain
On our weekend away BJ and I were attacked by a cockatoo which i named 'The Brain'. It was hilariously scary and luckily i was able to film most of it.
Fork This 75 - Beach Days
Some footage on our weekend away in Lorne.
What do you think of our new starting? It makes me laugh every time i see it.
I will try and get more motivated to post... I still have May to October albums to show you all.
This week we found out that Cooper LOVES Movenpick. Movenpick is a delicious ice cream from Switzerland which we've loved since we first had it over there 4 years ago and we have just found it for sale at our local supermarket. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
I came across this wonderful sounding place that was choc-full of antiques so BJ and I decided to head there this weekend. It's called Waverley Antique Bazaar and its a massive warehouse which holds 170 stalls with such a huge variety of different things to purchase.
We spent 4 hours in there, soaking it all in... There was taxidermy, furniture and clothes... plus randomness... They even had a pair of Spiderman legs.
This weeks episode BJ shows you the giant apple he found. I think it's pretty gross so BJ stuck a googly eye on it and put it on the shelf in the kitchen.
This week he finally got rid of it (but not before filming an episode).
The artwork fits in exactly with the album subject matter and the name of the month. A photo of an army marching just made sense. The punk album was something I had been wanting to do for a while. I regret some of the choices I made with the songs I put on there, but all in all, I'm pretty happy with it.

BJ created this promo video leading up to the MARCH album release date.
When BJ was making this album i didn't think i'd enjoy it as much as some of the others. I like a lot of punk-rock music but BJ likes a lot that i don't really care for. In saying that, this album is probably the album i played the most out of the first three albums. It get's me pumped on my drive to work and it's just such a fun album to listen to. We'd love to know what you think of MARCH and if you would like a digital copy of the album send me an email silhouettesofknights@gmail.com
This weekend our friends Dawn and Drew of The Dawn & Drew Show are celebrating their 1000th episode with Dawn-A-Pa-Drew-Za 5.0. We weekend filled with camping, drinking, minions and fun in a barn in Wisconsin.
Dawn and Drew have been doing their fantastic podcast since 2004 and are one of the longest running podcasts out there. BJ and I have been big DnD fans for years and are lucky enough to call them our friends.
We were also lucky to go to Dawn-A-Pa-Drew-Za-3za in 2008, when we were traveling the States. We got to spend a week on the Dawn and Drew Farm, help setup for the festivities AND i got to celebrate in my 22nd birthday with a group of amazing people from all over the USA.
We decided this week's episode was to be in flashback to that grand week on the farm - Making new friends, getting dressed up, being drunk as and having a ball.

PS: Yes that is me at the beginning chugging from a GIANT Tequila bottle on stage... Happy Birthday to ME!!!
PPS: How fantastically horrid were our costumes... Those mullet wigs are still hanging up in the DnD Barn today (Which makes me smile whenever i see a photo)
PPPS: The lovely song on our episode is called 'Girls On Girls' by Smitten Bayou.
This weekend BJ and i went away to Rosebud to celebrate our 7th Anniversary (Wow!).
We spent all day Saturday at the Peninsula Hot Springs and had a lovely relaxing day, followed by a beautiful Thai dinner. Sunday we did some wondering around some vintage and op shops and grabbed lunch before heading back to pick up the boy. We had planned to film some stuff this weekend but decided instead to just enjoy our weekend.
So we put together this video instead... A classic!
